Well it's 9/26/07 and our new website has been active for just over 3 weeks, we have made some small changes to make sure everything is right, and will continue to add additional information to keep it current. So far we have had over 1500 unique visitors to our site and everything seems to be going well.
We have lots of visitors that are looking for Pro-Tint's all over the country and there are many unassociated companies using the name “Pro-Tint” out there. We are the original and we own the trademarks for the business "Pro-Tint" We will be addressing the trademark infringement by these other companies in the future as we continue to expand and look at the franchising opportunities before us. If you should have any problems with any of the companies named Pro-Tint, we will certainly try to help you solve your problem even though we have no direct connection to them. Companies that are using the name inappropriately and without permission or licensing will have some future legal issues to deal with.
Thanks for visiting our website and helping us make it better with any comments or suggestions to improve anything that you may notice. We appreciate the suggestions and want to be the best for our customers.
Steven Fricker, V. President, Pro-Tint, Inc.
